Legal measures taken to block deforestation

ASOCIANA has taken today taken legal action in a bid to try and stop the proposed deforestation we have mentioned in our last couple of blog updates (see below). The arguments presented focus on significant weaknesses that were identified in the environmental impact assessment presented by the company. We will now have to wait and see if these arguments have any effect.
